3. Select “Car-BT”, enter the password “0000” to connect. If necessary, delete previous connections and try again.
Q: How do I connect or disconnect CarPlay?
A: 1. Connect to Bluetooth, and Zlink will automatically connect to CarPlay.
2. Close the background connection to stop automatic reconnection
3. Go to iPhone Settings > General > CarPlay > Zlink to enable or disable CarPlay.
Q: How do I use Wireless Mirroring?
A: iOS: Zlink5-Wireless Mirroring > Enable hotspot > Connect Car radio Wi-Fi > Select zj-airplay.
Android: Zlink5-Wireless Mirroring > Install Zlink app > Connect Bluetooth & enable Personal Hotspot.
Q: Why isn’t the Wi-Fi working?
A: When CarPlay is active, Wi-Fi will disconnect. Close the background connection, and it won’t automatically reconnect to CarPlay.
Q: Why is there no signal for the rear camera?
A: 1. Check that the reverse parking sensor wires are connected correctly.
2. Select the correct camera format: When shifting to reverse, tap the display to choose the signal type: CVBS-NTSC or AHD720-25.
Q: How do I remove the camera trajectory lines?
A: Go to Factory Settings (enter code 1617) > Backcar Settings > Disable Backcar Assist Line.
Q: Why is the radio screen black?
A: 1. Ensure the Canbus box is connected properly.
2. Press the small round RST button with a toothpick, and check the blue/red fuse at the back to make sure it’s not burned out.
