How to Export Data:

Enable in settings before exporting images (File Transfer)

Settings > More Setting > File Transfer.

You’ll need a USB-C data cable with data transfer capability to connect the devices properly.

Why does the image quality become blurry after a period of use?

In this situation, you can turn off the device for a while and restart it. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you can reset the machine.

Settings > More Setting > Factor Reset

Why always hear a click sound?

That shutter sound is just the thermal imager calibrating to keep images clear.

It calibrates more often when it’s cold—totally normal, don’t worry!

It enables inspections with faster response and more detailed results. [Note:Enable in settings before exporting images “File Transfer”]
Auto Temperature Tracking + Temperature Alarm: This thermal imager automatically captures center point temperature and locks onto high/low temperatures, featuring 3-point heat tracking (target temp, minimum temp, maximum temp) within a range of -4°F to 1022°F, allowing key thermal data to be accessible. High-temperature and low-temperature alarms: When any target on the viewing interface meets the alarm criteria, a clear alert appears at the top of the screen, aiding in the identification of temperature abnormalities during inspections.
3 Image Modes And 6 Color Palettes: This thermal imager offers 3 image modes — Fusion, Thermal, and Conventional Light — along with 6 adjustable color palettes. The available color scales include White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Rainbow, Red Hot, and Fusion, allowing selection based on specific work needs. These palettes enable flexible choice of the most suitable option for different detection scenarios and objectives, facilitating clear, targeted results.

Professional-Grade Accuracy For Versatile Inspections: This thermal imager offers a precision of ±2°C. It allows adjustment of emissivity based on specific materials (such as wood, bricks) and modification of object distance to help ensure accurate temperature readings across surfaces. It can be used for scenarios including home inspections (missing insulation, underfloor heating, water pipes), facility maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and checks of electrical, PCB, and mechanical systems.
