Does this device add CarPlay or Android Auto to my vehicle?
No.
Your vehicle must already have factory wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto.
It does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to vehicles that do not have it.
Is this a wireless CarPlay / Android Auto adapter?
Yes. It converts factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto into wireless. It also includes a built-in streaming system with 13 supported apps, and you can choose any 2 apps for your main menu and swap them anytime.
Does streaming require internet?
Yes. Streaming apps require WiFi or a mobile hotspot and active subscriptions. Without internet, streaming apps will not function.
Does it connect automatically every time I start my car?
Yes, but Auto Connect is disabled by default. Enable it in Settings (lower-left corner before entering wireless mode). Once activated, it reconnects automatically each time you enter your vehicle.
What if my vehicle does not recognize the device?
Confirm your vehicle has factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto, use the correct USB data port (not charge-only), and ensure your screen is touchscreen. Android Auto–only vehicles must switch mode using the side reset hole.
